Our company specialises in the cultivation of white cup mushrooms. We supply closed cup mushrooms, with a cup diameter in the range of 25 mm to 60 mm. We also supply open cup mushrooms, with a cup diameter in the range of 45 mm to 100 mm. The mushrooms are supplied in reusable plastic crates.

Besides conventional mushrooms, we can also supply organic mushrooms through our company Vedemij BIO B.V. Our company complies with SKAL requirements and has obtained SKAL certification. Besides supplying mushrooms, we can also wash, slice, and evacuate mushrooms. Please tell us if you require something else. We are happy to come up with a solution for you.

We have obtained GLOBALG.A.P certificationd. for food safety. GLOBALG.A.P consists of a strict quality system, which sets out which requirements any food production process must meet, guaranteeing the food safety of our products. Besides food safety, GLOBALG.A.P is increasingly focussing on other issues.

Our mushrooms can be found in a wide range of processed products that contain mushrooms. They are preserved or frozen.  They are used in soups, sauces, pizzas, meat substitutes, and are available in tins, jars, buckets, and various other types of bulk packaging.
