This page contains the Privacy Notice of Vedemij Rossum B.V. (also: the  Data Administrator). The Data Administrator has its registered office and place of business at 5a, Achterdijk in (5328JL) Rossum and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under KvK no. 11021447.

Vedemij Rossum B.V. attaches great importance to the careful processing and security of personal data. When processing personal data, we adhere to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In this Privacy Notice, we explain which personal data we collect and use and for which purpose. We also inform you how you can correct your personal data.

  1. all personal data that you provide to Vedemij Rossum B.V., e.g., when sending an e-mail or message to Vedemij Rossum B.V., when concluding an agreement, or when filling out an (online) form. This includes data such as your name and address, phone number(s), and e-mail.
  2. If you use our services, we normally only collect the personal data we need to provide the relevant service. When concluding an agreement, you will be asked for your name, e-mail address, phone number, and payment data. Any further data we request from you need only be provided on a voluntary basis.

Special and/or personal data we process

However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16 years of age. We therefore advise parents to supervise their children’s online activities in order to prevent the collection of data about their children without parental consent. We do not store your personal data longer than necessary for achieving the purposes for which your data were collected, unless this conflicts with a statutory retention period, technical or organisational requirements, or other legal requirements.

Vedemij Rossum B.V. constantly takes measures to protect your data against loss or any form of unlawful processing.  Vedemij Rossum B.V. takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorised modification. Our website is secured with an SSL certificate. All our employees and all third parties involved in data processing must adhere to the requirements of the GDPR and guarantee the confidentiality of personal data processing.

If we transfer or receive your personal data on our website, we always use the most widely used encryption technology in IT.  If we receive or transfer specific critical information, such as financial or health information, we always use a secure server. We have implemented the necessary security measures to prevent the loss, unlawful use, or modification of information that we receive on our website.

Richt of access, correction and erasure of personal data

You can receive information free of charge at any time about the personal data we store about you, about its origin and recipient, and about the purpose of our data processing. Moreover, you have a legal right of access, correction, and erasure of your personal data. You can submit a request for access, correction, or erasure to use, by sending an email to info@vedemij.nl. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but always within 20 working days. Moreover, you can withdraw your consent to the collection and storage of your personal at any time by sending us an e-mail.
